FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What does Russ•Brackenrow do?

Russ•Brackenrow is a consultancy with four divisions: Workplace Advisory, Mediation & Dispute Resolution, AI Readiness & Enablement, and Training & Development.

Who do you work with?

Individuals, community groups and organizations who want practical help with workplaces, disagreements, AI adoption or professional development.

How does pricing work?

Every situation is different, so there is no standard rate sheet. Discuss your needs for a tailored proposal.

Do you conduct workplace investigations or handle labor relations?

No. Workplace Advisory does not include third-party workplace investigations or labor relations.

Is mediation binding?

Participation is voluntary and no one is obliged to reach agreement. The legal effect of any agreement depends on its terms and applicable law, so please seek independent legal advice before relying on it. No result is guaranteed, and the mediator is a neutral facilitator, not legal representation.

Can you give legal advice?

No. Our guidance is practical and not a substitute for a licensed attorney.

What happens in a free consultation?

The free initial consultation is 30 minutes on Zoom. It is a conversation to understand your situation and discuss whether and how we can help. It carries no obligation.

Where do you work? Do you have an office?

There is no office. Work is delivered remotely, or in person at client locations by arrangement, with any travel agreed in advance.

What should I include in an inquiry?

A brief overview only. Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive details through the contact form.

How is my inquiry handled?

The inquiry form is provided through HubSpot and collects your name, email, optional phone and a brief message. See the Privacy page for details.
