Privacy

How we handle your information.

A plain-language summary of what this website and our providers collect, and why.

Brief inquiries

Our website inquiry form is provided through HubSpot. It asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and a message. We use these details to respond to you.

Please keep inquiries brief and do not include confidential documents or sensitive details.

Scheduling

Free consultations are booked through Calendly and held on Zoom. These providers handle the details you give them under their own terms and privacy policies.

Business communication

We communicate with you using Google Workspace and Quo. Email, calls and messages you send us pass through those services.

Optional website measurement

We may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. Analytics loads only when you allow it. You can change your choice at any time using the Manage analytics choices button in the footer.

Our own measurement keeps three things separate: accepted inquiries, link clicks, and confirmed embedded bookings. It sends no personal values from the form, such as your name, email, phone or message.

When allowed, measurement can include page visits, device/browser information and interactions. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses used by our measurement and do not read inquiry fields for analytics. A booking-link click does not count as a completed consultation booking.

Cookies and third-party providers

Providers such as HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom and Google may use functional cookies to operate their services. You can manage cookies through your browser controls. Please see each provider's own privacy information for details.

We store your analytics choice in your browser, where storage is available. Allowing analytics permits Google Analytics cookies. Choosing Essential only keeps optional Google measurement off; changing back to Essential only disables our measurement and removes its accessible first-party Analytics cookies. We also keep this measurement off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. This may affect forms, scheduling or remembered preferences. Our analytics choice controls our Google website measurement; it does not replace the independent privacy and cookie choices offered by services such as HubSpot and Calendly.

Some providers also offer their own analytics or marketing cookie choices. Review the notices and preferences shown by those services; selecting Essential only here does not apply a choice on their behalf.

Retention

We keep information as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, deliver an agreed engagement, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances; you can contact us with a deletion or retention question.

Safeguards

We take reasonable steps to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security or confidentiality, which is another reason to keep first inquiries brief.

Your rights and where data is processed

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information or object to certain uses. Contact us to discuss a request; we may need to verify your identity and consider applicable recordkeeping obligations. Our providers may process information in locations different from yours.
